Does IntelliVie see my data?
No. IntelliVie runs inside your environment — your data never leaves your cloud, your VPC, or your data center. That's the entire product premise.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. We bill in AED, USD, or INR. Indian customers receive GST-compliant invoices; UAE customers receive VAT invoices.
What payment methods are supported?
Credit card and bank transfer for Starter and Growth. Enterprise supports POs, NET-30/60, and wire transfers in all three currencies.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Starter or Growth, no credit card required.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrade anytime, prorated. Downgrade at the next renewal.
What counts as an AI query?
One natural-language question, dashboard auto-insight, or scheduled report run. Internal system calls are not counted.
